| GENERAL POLICY (Updated 06/04/2008) 1. All items sold by Doran Coins are genuine. If any item is a copy or reproduction, it will be mentioned as such. 2. Most items sold by Doran Coins are one of a kind, so please e-mail or call to check on availability. The coin and currency price lists are updated as time permits. 3. U.S. coins are graded in accordance with American Numismatic Association Grading Standards. 4. World coins are graded by strict in-house standards, with consultation of reputable numismatic books of the country of issue (such as, for example, Charlton for Canadian coins and McDonald for Australian coins). 5. U.S. currency is graded in accordance to guideline set in the Friedberg book (aka Paper Money of the United States). 6. World currency is graded in accordance with the standards set by the International Bank Note Society. 7. Please bear in mind that the grading of coins and currency is a fine art and, thus, is subjective. 8. All policies are subject to change without notice. 9. Questions about Doran Coins' policies, please send call or send an e-mail. PAYMENT POLICY (Revised 06/04/2008) 1. Money Orders from U.S. Customers are accepted; items will be shipped out same day. 2. Checks are accepted from U.S. Customers only - please allow 5-7 business days for the check to clear before items are shipped out. Please make checks payable to DORAN COINS. Starter checks are not accepted. Checks that have NSF (non-sufficient funds) will be charged a fee of $25.00. 3. Credit Cards are accepted through PayPal; coins and currency items will be shipped out within 24 to 48 hours. Also, due to the fees that PayPal charge, please add 3% to your total. 4. If you are a customer outside the United States, the only currencies that Doran Coins accepts is U.S. Dollars, British Pounds, EU Euro, Canadian Dollars, and Australian Dollars - at your risk. If you choose this option, please send an e-mail for the exchange rate before you order. 5. Shipping is as follows: Coins, Currency, and eBay Items are shipped out through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Cost of shipping coins and currency is as follows: Up to $25.00 - $3.00 $25.01-$50.00 - $4.00 $50.01 to $75.00 - $5.00 $75.01 and over - $6.00 Bulky and heavy items - actual postage will be charged. Insurance & Priority Mail is available at additional cost. RETURN POLICY ON ALL ITEMS (Revised 06/04/2008) 1. All items sold by Doran Coins has a 14 day no questions asked return privilege. 2. All returned items must have a receipt with them so that a refund can be issued. For returning coins and currency, they must be in its original, unopened sealed holder or packaging. 3. Refunds will be issued by check or PayPal to U.S. customers, U.S. Dollars or PayPal to International customers. |
